How Talk to Mentor works, and what we promise

On Talk to Mentor a mentee pays when booking, the money is held in escrow rather than passed to the mentor, the session takes place, and only then does the mentor receive their earnings minus a published commission. If the session never happens the refund is raised automatically by the system rather than on request. Every mentor application is read and approved by a person. The platform is early: one-to-one sessions, workshops, group requests, gifts and team accounts are live, while panels, courses and membership are still being built.
