Refunds and cancellations

If a session on Talk to Mentor is cancelled or the mentor does not appear, the refund is raised automatically because the money never left escrow. Cancelling more than 24 hours before the session returns the full amount; cancelling inside that window returns a published percentage, because the slot can no longer be filled. A mentor cancelling always returns the full amount.
