Mentors on Talk to Mentor set their own prices, session lengths and availability, and receive their earnings after each session completes, minus the platform’s published commission. Applications are read and approved individually rather than accepted automatically, and some are declined. No formal certification is required — what is assessed is whether you have genuinely done the thing you propose to advise on.
